Transitions Counseling and Wellness
Life is full of transitions and sometimes we need help navigating our journey. Sometimes we need a safe nonjudgmental space to explore and work through our concerns, feelings or life issues. Sometimes we just need a quick affirmation that we are on the right path and other times we need help finding the way. My goal is to provide a space where every individual and couple feels heard, accepted and encouraged. I want to provide a personalized approach that helps empower you to have insight, make changes, overcome your life's obstacles and find balance in your life -mind, body and spirit.
I enjoy working with adult individuals college age and up as well as couples. I have a unique blended background in health and counseling psychology which allows me to bring a unique perspective to some issues. I have over 25+ years experience working with TBI's, Student Health, and EAP in University, Healthcare and private practice settings. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Sometimes it can be difficult to reach out and ask for help. If you are struggling or have been thinking about reaching out for help I encourage you to do so. I work with a wide range of issues including but not limited to phase of life issues, anxiety, depression, health related issues, adjustment issues, spiritual issues and marriage/relationship concerns.
